It's from the window all the way down underground.
They'll have to "patch" it up on the 10 month vision coming up soon.
We noticed that our master bedroom does not get enough heat/AC from the system.
I pointed it out during construction about the AC/Heater unit is too small for this size house but they simply told me it's designed that way. We had to close pretty all the vents in other rooms and hall way to get heat/AC in out master bedroom. Master bath is freezing this past winter that we had to use a portable heater in there. LOL I definitely knew it wasn't St. Cecilia because I did not see any cherries. :-) It's amazing that even though St. Cecilia is a standard granite it looks much better than the upgrades. I was about to spend an additional $3000 on the upgrade to get a better product; however, the variations were not to my satisfaction plus our SR told me she paid for the upgrade and her counter top looks PINK! So I took my chances and got the perfect color of the St. Cecilia which works well with the espresso and butterscotch cabinets. I LOVE THE CABINET SPACE!! We have an abundance of cabinets too and most are empty! Lol AND THE MODEL IS GORGEOUS!!
